Nevada real estate salespersons renewing their licenses after the first renewal must complete 36 hours of Continuing Education (CE) every two years, including specific hours in Agency, Contracts, Ethics, Law & Legislation, Risk Reduction, and General courses, with at least 18 hours through live instruction. Permit holders, such as Business Broker or Property Management permittees, have additional CE requirements. Renewal requires completing the necessary CE, submitting Form 580, and paying the applicable fee.
