Nevada real estate brokers renewing their licenses after the first renewal must complete 36 hours of Continuing Education (CE) every two years, covering Agency, Contracts, Ethics, Law & Legislation, Risk Reduction, Broker Management, and General courses, with at least 18 hours through live instruction. Permit holders, such as those with Business Broker or Property Management permits, have additional CE requirements. Renewal involves completing the necessary CE, submitting Form 580, and paying the applicable fee.
