Broker Salesperson

Nevada real estate broker-salespersons renewing their licenses after the first renewal must complete 36 hours of Continuing Education (CE) every two years, including specific hours in Agency, Contracts, Ethics, Law & Legislation, Risk Reduction, Broker Management, and General courses, with at least 18 hours delivered through live instruction. Permit holders, such as those with Business Broker or Property Management permits, have additional CE requirements. Exemptions for reduced CE are available for licensees aged 65+ with 30 years of licensure in good standing, though permit CE requirements still apply. Renewal requires completing CE, submitting Form 580, and paying a $235 fee.
