Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

1. Explain the legal and ethical implications of multiple representation in real estate transactions, and ensure full disclosure and written consent from all parties involved.
2. Apply best practices when managing multiple offers on a property, ensuring transparency, fairness, and adherence to Nevada Revised Statutes and the Code of Ethics.
3. Identify the roles and limitations of unlicensed and virtual assistants in real estate, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards to avoid legal violations.
4. Understand the consequences of unethical behavior in real estate practice by reviewing real-life disciplinary cases, and commit to maintaining integrity in all transactions.
5. Properly document and manage real estate transactions where the buyer has not physically viewed the property, ensuring transparency, and protecting both the client and the agent through appropriate agreements.
